Our consulting services include application preparation, document organization, and process management. These services focus on forwarding students' applications to the relevant educational institutions and providing professional guidance throughout the process. Consulting fees are non-refundable as they are charged for the services provided.

The acceptance or rejection of students during the application process is entirely at the discretion of the respective educational institutions, and Herons does not guarantee student acceptance from these institutions. Therefore, refunds cannot be requested due to failure to gain acceptance from any educational institution or changes that may occur in the application outcome.
